Jennifer K. Thai is an associate attorney specializing in product liability and toxic tort defense litigation.

Prior to joining BKS, Jennifer clerked in the office of the San Francisco City Attorney, and for the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing. She also held an externship with the Honorable Judge Zaven V. Sinanian of the Superior Court of California, County of Los Angeles.

While at UCLA Law, she served as Chief Managing Editor for the Journal of Environmental Law and Policy.
