Paige A. Kremser Stenrud

Paige A. Kremser Stenrud is an associate attorney specializing in products liability and large-scale toxic tort litigation. She has expertise in all aspects of case development, file management and trial preparation, as well as, significant exposure to regulatory law.

Before moving to California, Paige practiced law in the Washington, DC area where she worked for Wilmer, Cutler, Pickering, Hale & Dorr, LLP, primarily on an international toxic tort matter before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Paige left Wilmer Hale for a small business practice in order to develop her courtroom skills. There she honed her motions practice, successfully tried several cases before Virginia Courts and argued before the Virginia Court of Appeals sitting en banc.

While in law school Paige was an editor of the William and Mary Journal of Women and the Law and had the opportunity to intern with the civil division of the United States Attorney’s Office in Washington, D.C.

Paige is a native of San Juan, Puerto Rico and is fluent in Spanish. She is a member of the State Bars of California, Virginia and the District of Columbia.
