Stephanie L. Smith is an associate attorney specializing in product liability, construction defect, and toxic tort litigation. She has expertise in all aspects of case development, file management and trial preparation. During the course of her legal career, she has tried six cases to successful jury verdicts.

Ms. Smith began her practice as trial counsel for Valerian & Holmberg, working in both the personal and commercial areas. She developed her practice in construction defect litigation as an associate attorney and managing partner with Koletsky, Mancini, Feldman & Morrow’s office located in Oakland, California. She most recently worked in the field of asbestos litigation with Foley & Mansfield, PLLP.
