Marcia L. Raymond specializes in product liability and toxic tort litigation. After graduating from the University of California at Berkeley in 1989, Marcia obtained a Masters Degree in Public Administration with a dual emphasis in Public Policy Development and Healthcare Administration.

After a long and successful career in the insurance industry, Marcia attended Santa Clara University School of Law where she received her law degree in 2001. While in law school, she clerked for the Staff Attorney’s Office of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and successfully prosecuted misdemeanor criminal offenses for the Santa Clara District Attorney’s Office, the San Francisco District Attorney’s Office and the U.S. Attorney’s Office.
