Lysle Kapp specializes in product liability and toxic tort litigation. He began his legal practice in Pennsylvania in 1999. In Pennsylvania, Lysle served as a law clerk for the Honorable John F. Bell, S.J. and for the Honorable Thomas J. Terputac, S.J. of the Court of Common Pleas of Washington County. He subsequently worked for a civil litigation firm in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania before relocating to the Bay Area in 2002.
Over the past four years, Lysle has handled hundreds of toxic tort, and product liability cases, including asbestos, benzene, and mold exposure cases. He has developed a strong motions practice and has successfully argued dispositive motions for the defense in cases involving enterprise liability and other emerging theories of tort liability.
