mkannett@bkscal.comMark S. Kannett maintains an active litigation practice that emphasizes mass and toxic tort defense, environmental litigation, complex insurance coverage, real estate and construction litigation, professional liability, and general commercial litigation.
Mr. Kannett ’s product liability expertise has led to his involvement in numerous types of environmental and toxic tort litigation involving property and personal injury claims. He has litigated and coordinated complex multi-party actions, developing efficient and successful approaches to resolve disputes. Mr. Kannett has also represented a wide range of professionals, including attorneys, accountants, and real estate and insurance brokers.
Mr. Kannett has litigated a wide-range of insurance coverage disputes. His environmental coverage practice began in the mid-1980's, and has included complex, multi-site environmental coverage litigation on behalf of primary and excess carriers. In addition, he served as national coordinating counsel in litigation across the nation, and has successfully managed large dockets of toxic tort litigation.
