Robin D. Hart specializes in product liability litigation with an emphasis on toxic tort defense.  Robin’s legal career has included both litigation and transactional work in the areas of personal injury, real estate, and contract formation and negotiation.

In addition to her legal practice, Robin was a congressional aide in Washington, D.C. for twelve years.  She monitored legislation, formulated regulations, facilitated federal funding to municipalities, government contractors, and nonprofit organizations, and responded on a daily basis to constituent needs and concerns.  While at Georgetown, Robin was an active member of the journal, The Tax Lawyer.
