Constance R. Fraenkel has practiced law for twenty years litigating a wide variety of cases in both federal and state courts on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants. Constance has tried 20 cases to verdict and arbitrated nearly 100. She specializes in the defense of complex toxic tort, product liability, construction defect and personal injury claims. More recently, Constance has worked with toxic tort defendants, negotiating claims and preparing cases for trial.

Constance worked with the Rhode Island State Legislature, lobbying for community interest groups. In this capacity she wrote a manual and conducted seminars in effective lobbying techniques.

While in law school, Constance wrote for two professionals journals, the Tort Reporter and the Medical Liability Reporter. She also worked as an extern on the central staff for the California Supreme Court. Constance is a member of the State Bar of California and is certified to practice in all of the courts of the State of California as well as the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeal.
