Emily D. Bergstrom is an attorney specializing in product liability defense litigation. She has spent the past 10 years at Becherer Kannett & Schweitzer managing and preparing cases for trial in the areas of automotive and tire product liability, construction defect, mold and asbestos exposure. Emily has represented home owners’ associations in lawsuits involving water intrusion and mold claims. Emily also has extensive experience in successfully managing all aspects of case development and preparation up to trial, including summary judgment motions, percipient and expert witness depositions and preparing motions in limine. Emily keeps clients and insurers informed regarding the progress of her cases so that clients can participate in the strategy of the litigation.
